"Adulthood can get heavy. Therapy is a place to put the weight down, slow the noise, and untangle what’s really going on, at your own pace."

For me, the human experience has never been black and white; it is shaped by a vast, intricate spectrum of unique nuances, backgrounds, and lived stories. This profound diversity is what ultimately drew me toward independent clinical practice.

My journey into mental health began over two decades ago as a fresh university graduate working alongside homeless children and youth. That early field experience taught me lessons far beyond any classroom. Navigating complex, real-world challenges offered me deep insight into the resilience of the human mind, emotional survival, and the quiet, lasting echoes of early life experiences.

Driven by a commitment to bridge critical gaps in clinical care, I pursued advanced, specialised training. Today, my practice; offering both online therapy in India and in-person support, is anchored in a strong, holistic foundation of sociology and psychology. Over the years, I have built extensive expertise across Child Rights (Protection and Participation), interventions for gender-based and sexual violence, Comprehensive Sexuality Education (CSE), and Life Skills.

A a Psychotherapist, I firmly believe that every individual deserves a life grounded in dignity and respect. How we process our lived experiences shapes who we become, and unresolved trauma often creates internal dualities that complicate how we move through the world. My approach is centered on fostering awareness, gentle acknowledgement, and radical self-acceptance. Together, we work to untangle complex patterns so you can cultivate healthier coping mechanisms and authentic choices.

As a trauma-informed and queer-affirmative psychotherapist, I weave together a range of somatic and relational modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Somatic Experiencing, Compassionate Inquiry (CI), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), and Dance Movement Therapy (DMT).

I work alongside adolescents, adults, senior citizens, and couples; providing specialised trauma therapy, adult counselling, and queer-affirmative mental health support to hold a calm, unhurried space for you to navigate life's challenges and return home to yourself at your own pace.

Core Areas of Focus

Chronic Burnout & Workplace Stress

Navigating career exhaustion, high-pressure environments, and the feeling that life has become too mechanical.

Trauma Resolution & Emotional Safety

Utilising advanced trauma-informed frameworks to help the nervous system find safety and release deep-seated tension.

Relationship & Family Dynamics

Helping adults and couples untangle communication breakdowns, relational friction, and boundary-setting.

Life Transitions & Identity Shifts

Supporting you when old patterns no longer work and you are trying to figure out what comes next.

The Adult Journey Framework: Slow Down, Untangle, Cope

1

Phase 1: Slowing Down & Creating Safety

Giving your nervous system permission to pause. We map out what brought you here without forcing quick fixes, clinical labels, or overwhelming diagnoses.

2

Phase 2: Untangling the Knots

Looking closely at repeating patterns, unexpressed burnout, relationship pressures, or old stories that are no longer serving your life.

3

Phase 3: Realistic, Kind Coping

Building sustainable, compassionate ways of moving through the world. Not a rigid rulebook, but tools that actually fit your real, everyday life.

You don't need to have it all figured out before you start.

Your first session is simply a conversation to see how it feels to share space and figure out your next steps together.
